Dalati Nohra Crawler Print E-mail
A spider that download files from the internet using Indy tech, and inserting IPTC info in each picture. DN-spider: it is a Dalatinohra crawler that parsers www.dalatinohra.com site searching for the photos that they provide for free online from Presidential Palace Governemental Palace Ministries. in Lebanon. That program was most used by the local politics department in albalad newspaper.
It first downloads the pages that contain the thumbnails of the pictures that should be downloaded in a Cache directory within the path where the application situated then it calculates the address of the pictures in the dalatinohra's database. Then downloads them to Pictures directory, after that the downloaded files will be sent to our database using Indy ftp component.
The program works automatically every 5 min from 15:00 till 00:00 each day, and every 6 hours checks to see if there are old cache to delete that aged more than 2 days.
When minimizing the application it will show an icon in the Systray and if there is a download in action it will animate red blue changing icons.
When the application restores to normal state it will erase the icon in the Systray.
If "run program on start" is checked the application will run automatically when the windows starts, putting a registry key in the Run
When the program runs for the first time it will create 4 folders to cache and keep track for downloaded and uploaded files.

Thanks alot for the infos that you gave on ur website. And i was searching for a program that can download pic from Dalatinohra website, and you found it. 
i would be thankfull if u can tell me how do can i get this program and how does it work.
